Healthcare Staffing Legal Notice
Healthcare Staffing Legal Notice
Information about using this website and contacting Next Step Staffing.
Purpose of this notice
Effective October 5, 2026. This page explains the limits of information and inquiries on the Next Step Staffing website. It supplements the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. It is general information, not medical, legal, employment, or insurance advice. A website notice is not a substitute for an applicable law, required disclosure, or a signed agreement.
Staffing information, not patient care
This website describes administrative and clinical staffing roles and provides ways to contact Next Step Staffing. It is not a patient portal, a medical consultation service, or an emergency response channel. No clinician–patient relationship is created by using this website. For a medical emergency, call 911; for care questions, contact your treating healthcare professional.
Inquiries, availability, and agreements
An inquiry, resume, role description, or talent-network introduction does not create employment, a job offer, a staffing contract, a guaranteed interview, or a promise of placement. Available professionals, assignments, rates, schedules, compensation, benefits, cancellations, and other terms must be confirmed separately. The appropriate parties must document the engagement before work begins; this page does not set those commercial or employment terms.
Credentials, scope, and supervision
Role descriptions are examples, not permission to perform a clinical procedure. Duties must match the individual’s current credentials, training, competency, legally permitted scope, and required supervision in the relevant care setting. Organizations and professionals should confirm the role-specific verification, screening, orientation, safety, and supervision arrangements before an assignment. No website listing independently verifies a person’s license, screening results, competency, or eligibility.
Florida staffing requirements
Registration and licensure requirements depend on the services actually provided. Florida’s Agency for Health Care Administration oversees health care services pools and provides information about their registration requirements. This website does not establish that Next Step Staffing holds a particular registration, license, accreditation, or certification. Request applicable business and professional credentials directly and verify them with the appropriate regulator before engaging services. AHCA: Health Care Services Pool.
Patient confidentiality and HIPAA
Do not submit patient names, records, diagnoses, images, or other protected health information through public website forms or ordinary inquiry email. Those channels are for general staffing conversations. Whether HIPAA applies to a particular staffing arrangement depends on the parties’ roles, activities, and access to information. Required privacy safeguards, workforce arrangements, and any applicable business associate agreement must be addressed through the appropriate contracting process before access is given. This notice is not a business associate agreement or a claim of HIPAA certification. HHS guidance on business associates.
Equal opportunity and accommodations
Staffing referrals and employment decisions must comply with applicable nondiscrimination and anti-retaliation requirements. Employment agencies may not honor unlawful discriminatory client preferences. Requests should describe the role’s actual responsibilities and qualifications. To ask about an accommodation in the inquiry process or raise a concern, call 813-563-6088 or email admin@next-step-staffing.com; do not include medical records in your initial message. EEOC guidance for employment agencies.
Candidate information and screening
Provide accurate information about your experience and qualifications. Do not upload Social Security numbers, government identification, banking details, health records, or license images to the general inquiry form. Any later screening, credential verification, or sensitive onboarding records require an appropriate process and any legally required notices or authorizations. Sending a resume is not authorization for every possible background check.
Benefits and protection inquiries
Benefits-related conversations are separate and optional. Information on this site does not quote, recommend, sell, or bind an insurance product, or establish a person’s insurance licensure. Read the Benefits & Protection Disclosure and confirm any product and professional details before making a decision.
Questions and applicable rights
Contact Next Step Staffing to clarify a role, service, or disclosure before relying on website information. Nothing on this page waives rights that cannot lawfully be waived or replaces obligations under applicable law. Specific arrangements should be reviewed by qualified legal and compliance advisers for the services and jurisdictions involved.
