This site provides forms for employer inquiries, talent network introductions, general contact, and separate benefits inquiries. Depending on the form, you may share your name, contact details, organization, role interests, message, and an optional resume. Do not send patient information, health records, Social Security numbers, banking details, or government identification.
How submissions are used
Next Step Staffing uses the information you submit to review and respond to your inquiry and discuss your staffing or career interests. A benefits inquiry uses a separate permission to contact you. Submitting one type of inquiry does not opt you into another.
Form storage and access
When online forms are enabled, submissions are stored in the website’s private administrative records. Resume files are not published in the public media library. Authorized site administrators can access submissions. Notification emails alert the configured team mailbox to a new record; resumes are not attached to those emails.
Retention and requests
Submission retention is controlled by the site administrator. Records are automatically scheduled for removal after the configured period, which defaults to 90 days. Backups maintained by the hosting provider may follow a separate retention schedule. Contact Next Step Staffing to request access, a correction, or deletion, subject to applicable obligations.
Cookies and technical information
The forms use a temporary security cookie to help validate submissions. Basic server information is used to limit spam and maintain the website. WordPress may also use cookies for signed-in site administrators. This website package does not include advertising trackers or analytics scripts.
Service providers and external links
The website host and configured email provider process data needed to operate the site. Other sites linked from this website have their own practices. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
